Water of Life has opened its doors to share its facility with a local homeschool group, Wholehearted Schoolhouse of Forney, TX. The group will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 AM-3 PM beginning Tuesday, September 2, and will have use of the Narthex, kitchen, upstairs classrooms, playground, and Sanctuary. They are a Christian organization for K-6 students, and their statement of faith is:
Wholehearted Schoolhouse is rooted in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe the Bible is the true and authoritative Word of God. We believe in one God - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - and that salvation is found through Jesus Christ alone. The Holy Spirit lives within every believer, activating our faith, convicting us of sin, and inviting us into the depths of knowing Chirst, looking more like Him and making Him know for God's glory until He returns. Our purpose is to love God with all our heart, mind and strength and to make His Kingdom known through our lives, families, and learning.
